FIRST DAYS
REPORTS
DAYS 2-5
MEASUREMENT
MATTERS
NSR is a precise, scientific process.
And part of doing anything scientific
is to measure things.
Without measurement
how can we be sure of anything?
So, as you go through this program
you'll be measuring and reporting
some basic data throughout the day.
This data will show us empirical proof of
your progress and improvement.
Proof of your improvement
helps you in a few ways:
HOPE
Gives you hope you really can feel better again.
MOTIVATION
Keeps you motivated and committed to the process.
PRIDE
You'll be proud of yourself
for what you've accomplished.
SATISFACTION
Happy you are receiving
real results from this process

REPORTING
TIMES
Everyday for the rest of this program
you will report 5 times/day.
These times are:
Waking Up
11 am
2 pm
5 pm
8 pm
Note
You don't have to report at exact time.
You can report up to an hour
before or after the specified time.
PROTIPS
DESKTOP OR MOBILE
You can report from
either desktop or mobile device.
SET ALARMS
To help you remember when to report
it's highly recommended you set alarms.
JUST DO
YOUR BEST
In your daily reports you are asked questions such as
'Over the last 3 hours on average what intensity
(from 1-10) did you feel anxious? '
Because, it's hard to put a number on how you feel
and because it's hard to know the exact average over 3 hours,
it's impossible to answer these questions exactly right.
Fortunately you don't have to answer perfectly.
Just do your best to answer as best you can.
So, if you don't know for sure, it's okay.
No need to worry or stress.
The value of your answers isn't
about having the exact numbers each day.
It's about tracking your overall progress over time.
FLEXIBILITY
Another key reason reason NSR
has you report 5 times/day
is to create a structure
that helps you stay consistent.
That said, we don't want the structure
to create extra stress for you.
So, remember two things:
2 HOUR WINDOW
You don't have to report at the exact time.
1 hour before or after is fine.
85 PERCENT
To keep the protection of the
'No Change No Charge' guarantee
you do not have to report every tme.
Just 85% of the time.
VERY IMPORTANT
REPORT PROGRESS DAILY
In the agreement you agreed to before joining this program it says, in order to have the protection of the 'No Change No Charge' guaranteed you must do your responsibilities. Including:
- Do your daily exercises 85 % of the time
- Report your progress daily 85% of the time.
Part of reporting your progress daily refers to doing these First Days Reports you just learned about.
Therefore submitting your First Days Reports 5 times/day (at the specific time) is part of your responsibilities in this program.
DATA COLLECTION
Your First Days Reports tell us your anxiety level at the start of the program. Which we compare to your anxiety levels at the end of the program to know how much improvement you experienced during the program.
One of your responsibilities in your agreement is to not do anything that will get in the way of us knowing if you experienced improvement during the program. So, if you don't do your First Days Reports, we won't have your starting anxiety levels and that will get in the way of knowing if you experienced improvement.
ACCOUNTABILITY
So, for both reasons above, if you do not do do your First Days Reports (at least 85% of the time) you will lose the protection of the guarantee and will be charged at the end of the program, regardless of results.
TIME STAMP
To help support you submitting your reports on time, the online software that collects your daily reports gives us a timestamp of what time you make your reports.
THIS HELPS YOU
While this reporting structure and accountability may seem like 'a lot' please understand it's very intentional and there to help you stay consistent throughout the program and get results.
