Welcome to Step 2 of Module 2

In Step 1 you learned theory that explains

why it's so incredibly important to Listen.

And the theory of the elements of Listen:

Notice, Name and Stay.

Now in Step 2 you will learn 

how to apply that theory.

Specifically the language you will say

to Little You when you do Listen.

This language you're about to learn is very helpful.

Not only will it help you build trust with Little You 

which will help you feel calmer.

But also it may be the beginning of 

you doing something you've 

never really done consistently your entire life.

Which is to be deeply caring and gentle with yourself.

You now know how to deeply Listen to Little You.

Consistently Listening to Little You 

is the most important thing you can do 

for your emotional health and well being.

Listening and Staying with Funky Feelings is not easy.

It can be intense and counterintuitive.  

But with practice and courage and patience

 you can definitely do it.

And by doing it you are giving Little You

the unconditional love they so deeply desire. 

And that's a truly beautiful thing.

to listen to Little You.

about new ways and opportunities

to implement what you've been learning.

FOCUS ON 

WORRY FEELINGS  

You are provided different types of Funky Feelings.  Such as angry, sad, hurt...etc.

This is because all Funky Feelings are an opportunity to use the tools and help Little You feel cared for.  Also using the tools for let's say 'anger' can help You/Little You feel less angry.

That said your primary focus should be on your 'Worry Type' Funky Feelings.  Worry Type feelings are most important right now because this is where you most urgently need to repair trust with Little You  so they feel safer and less worried.

So, for your required Reps do mostly the 'Worry Type' Funky Feelings 

Then if you'd like to do additional Reps for other Funky Feelings feel free to do.
