These 3 lists are offered to give you 

an opportunity to explore yourself more deeply

when you want to.

This can help give you understanding 

of why you sometimes feel the way you do.

But also help you have compassion 

for yourself when you aren't feeling so good.

But don't feel a pressure to 

name something from every list every time.

It's an opportunity, not an obligation.

to help you become more aware 

of the types of actions you can take, 

to take better care of You and Little You.

This list is also helpful, 

so when you ask Little You

 if they need anything from you to feel better,  

this list can give them some good ideas to answer.

That said, for this process, you are not being 

asked or expected to actually 

take these forms of action.

Many of these types of action 

are not easy and can be scary 

and you are probably aren't ready for yet.

So, if you think you have to do them, 

it may create stress and worry for you.

Which we do not want.

We want loving and gentle and patient.

So, to be clear, it's good to be aware 

of the types of action that exist

and that Little You may ask for. 

However, you are not expected to do them.

If the action is relatively easy to do, 

you can of course do it, 

but you are not expected to do it.
