STEP 2

ACTION

PRACTICE

BONJOUR

Understanding what needs to be done can be simple.

In the past, you probably knew some things needed to change.

But actually changing things can be quite daunting and hard.

I built this process so that you could rest in the certainty that it's ok to take care of yourself.

That you (and Little You) deserve care.

And that you know what needs to be done, how to do it and that you can do it.

With active love,

STEP

2

WRAP UP

You now know how to talk to You/Little

to communicate all 3 Steps of Care.

And specifically for Module 4...Action.

Action is in many ways

the most trust building form of love

because it's not always easy to do.

Change is scary and takes courage

But because it's not easy,

it really proves to Little You

they can rely on you when things are hard.

So, its' important I share with you the importance of action

because I want you to know how

to take care of You/Little You at the highest level.

Remember that until you are ready

you don't have to take action to feel calmer.

Right now being gentle is more important.

You have pushed yourself too hard for a long time now.

So, be aware of the importance of Action.

And practice doing the Elements of Action.

But also I want you to feel the healing power

of gently letting yourself be exactly where you are.

That is true acceptance.

And it's a beautiful thing.

With loving inaction,
